Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as the title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises - please note PO boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses.
Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place we will make arrangements for re-shipment.
Missing Items from order - 48 hours response
In the unlikely event that a product is missing from your order, please be patient while we investigate and correct the fault.

Refunds/Returns Policy
Cancellation of orders can only be reimbursed with with a 3 month invoice for full value, and if the order has not dispatched from our warehouse.
Due to health and safety regulations items that have been dispatched cannot be returned to us.
For all claims under Rand 200,00 a credit voucher will be issued.
